    sour cream

  • ½ /

    avocado

  • 1 /

    garlic clove (optional)

  • ¼ cup /

    parsley leaves

  • ¼ cup /

    Zucchi Garlic-Flavored EVOO

  • ¼ /

    lemon, juiced

  • ¼ teaspoon /

    salt

  • 2 tablespoons /

    water, or more (see note)

Instructions

In a small food processor, combine the sour cream, avocado, garlic clove, if using, and herbs. Process until smooth.

Add the Garlic EVOO, lemon juice, and salt. Mix for another minute or so until the EVOO is incorporated into the sauce.

For a thicker sauce to add to sandwiches or to eat as a dip, use as is. For thinner dressing consistency, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix.

CHEF'S TIPS

You can sub out the parsley leaves with dill, cilantro, or a mix of herbs.
