Instructions

Prepare the coating by mixing the thyme, salt and pepper with the breadcrumbs. Conclude by adding the sliced almonds.

Beat the egg-white in a bowl and dip the salmon in it. Then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture on both sides and place it in an oven dish lined with greaseproof paper. Bake at 180° for 15 min then finish cooking in "Grill" mode for 5 min.

For the final touch, serve the salmon with a dribble of Zucchi orange-flavoured oil.
