    Water

  • 40g /

Instructions

Mix the flour with the baking powder and brown sugar in a bowl. Add the Zucchi vanilla flavour Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the water and the Greek yoghurt and stir until you have a smooth, lump-free pancake mix. Leave to stand about 10 minutes. Lightly grease the surface of a non-stick frying pan and heat it over a low heat. When the pan is hot, pour in the pancake portions with a spoon. Useful hint: you can use a pastry cutter to help to create regular circles. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden, turning for the first time when small bubbles start to appear. Once you have cooked all your pancakes, stack them one above the other and fill them with seasonal fresh fruit.
