Sandwich canapes with pistachio nuts and Zucchi sesame seed oil.
Ingredients

fine maize flour

large eggs

2 level teaspoons /
baking powder

2 tablespoons /
milk
-
60 ML /
honey
-
to taste /
lemon zests

1 pinch /
Salt

icing-sugar
Instructions
Heat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, the lemon zests and the salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the oils with the honey, milk and eggs.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture into it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes and test with a skewer to ensure that it is cooked.
Leave to cool on a grille.
Slice the cake, dust with icing-sugar and arrange the slices in pairs, fixing them together with greaseproof paper and kitchen string.
