  • 350 g /

    Oat Flakes

  • 140 g /

    Walnuts

  • 20 g /

    Flax Seeds

  • 10 g /

    Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon /

    Cinnamon

  • 100 g /

    Dark Chocolate, coarsely chopped

  • 45 g /

Instructions

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat the oil with the maple syrup in a saucepan over a low heat to form a smooth, even mixture.
Pour the liquid over the dried ingredients and mix well.

Spread the granola over a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 20/25 minutes at 160°. Mix every 10 minutes to ensure all parts are evenly cooked.
When golden brown in colour, remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Enjoy your Chocolate, Walnut and Cinnamon Granola just the way you like it, eating it with yoghurt or milk and fresh fruit.
