From 16 to 20 October, Oleificio Zucchi will again be attending SIAL Paris 2016, the French capital’s biggest exhibition for the worldwide food and distribution industry.

In this prestige setting, Zucchi will be competing for the SIAL Innovation awards, assigned to the brands and products with the highest innovative content, with its line of sustainable oils, traceable throughout the supply chain: a selection of three extra virgin olive oils (100% Italian, Sinfonia and Dolce Fruttato) and three 100% Italian seed oils (Frying Oil with High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil and GMO-Free Soybean Oil).


And at the Zucchi stand (Hall 5b – stand N063), visitors will also have the exciting opportunity to attend guided tasted sessions with the company’s blendmasters, discovering the all-Italian art of blending, the skill of combining oils from different cultivars and with different origins, harmonising their fragrances and flavours for an end result that is greater than the sum of its parts.
