On 12 and 13 April, Oleificio Zucchi will be a leading participant at the first edition of Cibus Connect, the major new exhibition dedicated to the international development of the Italian food sector, to be held in Parma.
On stand I053, in hall 5, Zucchi will be presenting the excellence of its ranges of olive and seed oils, with their fine combination of tradition and the state of the art, to an international public.
During the two days of the Exhibition, Oleificio Zucchi will also host an ongoing show cooking event on stand SC28, where its oils’ unique flavour will be used to exquisite effect by eclectic chef Ruggero Massari in a series of tastings and gourmet recipes.
Last but not least, Zucchi will be giving visitors an insight into the art of blending, the Company’s most exclusive talent, with a special focus on traceability from the field to the table, which provides consumers with full details of the exact origins of the oil they have purchased.
