To share the precious art of creating oil from raw materials of excellence with the rest of the world, by becoming worldwide ambassador for Italian know-how and expanding the exports of its olive oil range to the USA market.

This is the mission of the overseas expedition being prepared by Oleificio Zucchi, which will be one of the stars of the Italian collective stand organised by Cremona Chamber of Commerce at Summer Fancy Food 2017, North America’s biggest exhibition for food buyers, to be held from 25 to 27 June at the Javits Center in New York.

Zucchi will be on Stand 2931 – 2933 to present its products, with a particular focus on its offering of olive oils, specially created (in composition, graphics and sizes) for the United States market. To extend their understanding of these examples of Italian gastronomic excellence, visitors to the show will be able to taste the various flavour profiles of extra virgin olive oils in genuine professional tasting sessions.

On the same days, the sensory discovery of unique blends, achieved by combining olive oils of different origins and characteristics – an art pioneered by Zucchi – will also be at the heart of the Blending Experience, a tour of special events open only to the press and industry professionals, in which the Zucchi Blendmasters will reveal the secrets of blending.
