You can purchase a wide assortment of products on the www.zucchi.com website.
While consulting the “products” catalogue, you can purchase all the products marked with the “buy on-line” icon.
Click the product to view full information about it, its price and how to make your purchase. Click the “buy now” button and the product will be added to your trolley automatically.
To view the products you have placed in your trolley, simply click the trolley icon in the top right-hand corner; this will display a summary of the order you have created, which you can change if you wish.

Click the “place order” button to access forms where you can enter your details and the delivery address. After clicking the “complete your purchase” button, you can enter your credit card details and finalise your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Your purchase will be delivered to your chosen destination within 5 working days
If the products ordered should be temporarily unavailable, you will be notified at once, specifying how long you will have to wait for your order to be delivered.

From which countries can I shop on-line?
You can buy on-line from anywhere by simply going to the www.zucchi.com site, available in Italian and English. We are only able to deliver goods within Italy.

Which cards can I use to pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura and Discover. Please remember that, as in all the most secure payment systems, your credit card data will be encrypted. No charge will be made to your card until your order is shipped from our warehouse; if you use PayPal, the charge will be made when you receive our confirmation of order.

And by bank transfer?
Purchases cannot be made by bank transfer or with payment on delivery.

How much does home delivery cost?
Delivery by express courier in Italy € 7.30.

Are there minimum and maximum order limits?
The minimum purchase is at least one pack of products, containing 3 pieces.
There is no maximum purchase. The only limit on the amount purchased is the availability of the product requested.

How do deliveries work?
A few moments after you receive the email confirming shipment of the order, your shipment will be formally consigned to the courier, for delivery within 5 working days. Check your delivery details carefully; do not forget to include your house number, and a telephone contact if available. If all the information is correct it will be easier for the courier to find you and you will receive your goods more quickly.

If the goods are damaged when they reach me?
Consumers may only return goods if they are received with obvious, major defects (such as broken bottle, etc.), in which case the vendor must be notified at once in writing, requesting replacement of the product and sending the pack containing the defective product to Well Italia Corso Canale 16 12150 Guarene Cuneo. Goods will be returned at no additional expense to the purchaser, in the shortest possible time, subject to availability of the product (if the same product is not available, it may be replaced with another product of the same quantity and value).
