A course on Zucchi oils at Milan's top cookery school.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
La Scuola de La Cucina Italiana cookery school is a major point of reference for cooking enthusiasts. It is a place with a wealth of different spaces, used for a variety of activities: from the purely educational, such as cooking courses, lectures and themed learning sessions, through to wining and dining events such as slow cooking evenings, tastings and themed dinners.
The Blending Experiences will form the centre of a number of special evenings, during which participants will be able to try, under the guidance of our Blendmasters, the art of creating an extra virgin olive oil as their own tastes and instincts suggest.
The programme will be extended by a cookery course with delicious recipes making skilful use of Zucchi oils.
The event takes place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The event is free, but places are limited (max. 30 people).
